iPhone 5 release date report “tweaked,” next iPad to follow?

Another day means another iPhone 5 rumor, only this time, iPad 3 is noted too.
Is Apple ready to release another iPad this year that should use the “s” style of upgrade (like the iPhone 3G to 3GS)? Plus, other websites say iPhone 5 due this fall.
According to 9to5mac the highly likely iPhone 5 is set for release this coming September (probably 6-15th) and that the iPad 3 launch will be delayed due to component issues, and is to follow this coming fall. Apparently, the new September 6 to 15 rumor is the newest version of the older “September 5″ rumor circulating on the internet because it’s impossible for Apple to free a phone on an American holiday.
The newly designed smartphone from Apple, according to rumors, will include the iOS 5 software build out of the box — and the device will bid farewell to the glass-sandwiched stainless-steel design. The report added that Apple will employ a more durable single piece of aluminum/stainless steel chassis reminiscent of the current iPod touches which means that the new smartphone will be less prone to cracking or chipping compared to the current iPhone 4.
It is also rumored to feature Apple’s latest dual-core A5 chip, an edge-to-edge glass construction (not clear whether they’ll be implementing the same retina display or a screen with AMOLED technology), redesigned capacitive ‘home’ button, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 3.0 megapixel front-facing camera for FaceTime HD chats, NFC (Near Field Communications), and 4G capabilities.
But aside from iPhone 5, which is closer to the word “reality,” another rumored iOS device is being reported by “rumorists,” the so-called iPad HD or some say iPad 2S, and others even said iPad 3.
The rumored new iPad on the other hand is said to feature a 9.7 inch retina display with a whopping 2048 x 1536 resolution and Apple’s new A6 processor quad-core processor with an even more powerful GPU to drive the massive number of pixels on the next iPad’s display. It’s worth noting though that we take this new iPad rumor with a grain of salt because Apple still owns the tablet market, and there’s no reason for the company to release another tablet, like how the company delayed the launch of the next iPhone because the iPhone 4 is still recording sales.
However, Apple could launch a new iPad, but will not include a glorious specs upgrade, and will just include LTE — knowing that a lot of its competitors, like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, are getting some attention due to the confirmed inclusion of the faster data connection. Plus, AT&T should launch its own LTE this year, which also means that more customers will have the access to the LTE.
Anyway, the rumored September launch of the new iPhone 5 seemingly fits in with the release date reported by Reuters, it’s only a matter of time before Apple makes an announcement and wireless carriers will be flashing iPhone 5 ads on their websites. And for the iPad 3, I suggest that we should wait for 6 to 12 more months.
